If you have found the product defective, you can submit a notice of defect.

Please fill in the notice of defect form carefully, providing as much information as you can.
Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are obligatory and essential for our investigation.
The more information we have of the defective product, the faster we can help you. If you can send photographs of the defective product, this will speed up the process. We recommend that you attach at least a photo in which we can see the actual defect. If you can’t find the product plate, it will be helpful to provide a picture that helps us to identify the product.




2.
When we have processed your notice of defect, we will contact you to agree on measures to be taken.
Do not send the product to us until we have contacted you and discussed the necessary measures with you.
